Who redefined marriage first?

This opinion piece has much information to consider. While I do not agree with everything here or what is perhaps implied, I must agree that it was not homosexuals who began the process of redefining marriage. They stand on the shoulders of many heterosexuals. Here is something I wrote nearly three years ago:
