Does not the grace of God sustain those who love Him, keep his laws and obey his commandments? Grace works on all who wish it to work from the great profligate and sinner, like myself, to the virtuous clergyman. Taken to its logical extremes, this could almost be taken as synergism which, I know, is anathema to Lutheran theology. My $.02.
